Technicians dented our new washer and broke our plantation wood shutters and hid it never mentioned anything. Then left in hurry and I never thought to check unfortunately. Me and wife are 100% sure that neither of those were done by us . And when trying to file a complaint to get it fixed we get nothing but bots never a real person. Very disappointing to have had this happen , I wish I could give them a zero and not even. 1

The Technician and the services he provided were 5-Star! The new Bot AI system is not! It took almost 2 months, 4-5 System Cancelled Repair Orders to get the parts ordered and received on my Washer installed. I spent over 8 hours of on-hold time. The Tech should be promoted; the IT management responsible for the Bot System should be fired…

Did a terrific job in finding the problem and cleaning the refrigerator attempting to solve the problem. Unfortunately the refrig needs a new compresser. We have decided to buy a new refrigerator and will be delighted to have Mark help us should we need it anytime. He does a great job!
