Jorge was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Sears needs to have a better system of taking a check. It was rejected three times and then my repair person had to call another number to figure out the problem. The wait to get a human was excruciating, so I told him to hang up and I paid by credit card.

The technician Juan was on time and fixed my washer very quickly. It works great now! Excellent service!

Great technician very knowledgeable, did the work super fast. I have another appointment coming up on September 5th, will definitely be requesting him.
