Joe was exceptional! Listened to my concerns about our dryer and went right to work. Found our issues, cleaned the inside if our dryer, and we seem good to go! Very polite man and very respectful of our home. Thank you!

Our service tech, Sloan, was great. He was the tech that completed the initial diagnosis and installed the part today. The Sears scheduling system and the customer service agents receive a one star rating. Our initial appointment took place on 5/21. We were supposed to have the follow up install on 6/4. Nobody ever showed up for that appointment. We rescheduled for 6/11 and 6/18. Nobody showed up for these appointments either. In between each no show, we called to try and figure out what happened. We were either unable to speak to a real person, told that a tech had completed the visit, or told to reschedule. We went without a properly functioning oven for almost a full month. Glad that it was finally fixed today.

Bernard was terrific. All the technicians are. However Sears customer service is beyond awful. I have been stood up because they schedule badly, they don't communicate with the customer or the technicians.
Again Anthony was terrific. However it took 2 appointments to get someone here. I was bumped last week for a refrigerator repair to this week.
I prayed I'd get my appointment.
I shouldn't have had to do that.
