Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! 🙏 Turns out the existing wiring was the problem. We really appreciate Randy for his professionalism, caring, dedication to doing a job well, and his friendliness!!
Also, Mark, the salesman, got us a great finance deal. He was very patient with me as I’m a very careful type of shopper who has lots of questions. He didn’t mind breaking everything down to me and my husband. Very knowledgeable, kind, and resourceful.
In conclusion, the Sears team was great. We felt we were in capable and caring hands. Something that sadly isn’t very common anymore.
I'm really glad that I went with Sears! The experience has been very good!!! The sales rep was extremely informative and had patience with all of my questions. The team who came out to do the work was on time, nose to the grind stone, diligent, thorough, courteous, and professional. Great with my dogs. They cleaned up behind themselves. Excellent communication. The lead installer appeared well supported by his scheduler, and had reliable folks to call for tech support. They did not waste anytime, but it wasn't a "rush job" either, which gained my trust and confidence that they weren't cutting any corners on their work, but were truly representing the integrity of the company whom they worked for. I would highly recommend Sears for an HVAC install. All of the Sears people, from start to finish, who were involved were from out of the area. The sales rep and the installation crew were all from the Elk Grove and Sacramento area.
3 consecutives appointments (not including the initial inspection) to fix my cooktop and still not being fixed yet. I had to move to different Contractor. Stay away from using them.
