Susan and Suki are absolutely amazing. I called multiple seat cover places and was not impressed with the quality of customer service I was getting. One company has yet to even call me back and I left a message in November and it's now January. Then I looked up the company and found out they are crooks I'm thankful i didn't go through them. (Do your research before going through King of Seat Covers. They are a fraud)
Anyways, I spoke with Suki first and when I came in, I met Susan. Granted, at the time she was going through some personal issues, but she was still as helpful as ever. It honestly felt as though I was feeling with a friend or family member. From beginning to end she helped me and we were able to pick out some cute Hawaiian prints for my Mazda 3. And she allowed me to play with her dogs while I waited for my covers to be installed.
From first contact to installation it was under 1 week. The detail and energy I got from everyone at Decor Auto was amazing. I left their office this afternoon and I have already gotten a compliment for my seat covers at the gas station from a complete stranger. I LOVE MY COVERS YOU GUYS!! These are so comfy and cute!
