Terrible Experience - Avoid Seattle Auto Inc at All Costs!
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Seattle Auto Inc. From the moment I walked into their dealership, I felt like just another number. The salesperson seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me question why they were even there in the first place.
The worst part was their complete lack of transparency. I specifically asked about the car's history and any potential issues, but they brushed off my concerns and assured me that everything was in perfect condition. It wasn't until after the purchase that I discovered numerous hidden problems, which cost me a fortune in repairs.
Furthermore, their after-sales service was a nightmare. Getting in touch with anyone for support was nearly impossible, and when I finally did manage to speak with someone, they were rude and unapologetic. It's as if they didn't care about the customers once they had made a sale.
On top of all the issues, I felt completely disrespected by the staff at Seattle Auto Inc. Their dismissive attitude and lack of consideration for my concerns were utterly unacceptable. It's evident that they prioritize their profits over customer satisfaction and basic decency. Avoid this place at all costs!
Overall, Seattle Auto Inc left a sour taste in my mouth, and I deeply regret ever stepping foot in their dealership. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that actually value their customers and provide honest service. People over profit!
Muhammad is not friendly or respectful to women. Only because we truly wanted the car did my husband and I purchase the vehicle through them. He did not speak kind to us at all. Even though we were buying the vehicle out right. We had a few concerns on the vehicle. He was very quick to dismiss us. The other gentleman that was working that same day was much more kind and friendly to speak to about some of the things going on.
We did end up buying the vehicle as I said we had our heart set on it. Our family needed the second vehicle. Otherwise they would not of received our business.
We have no plans to recommend them, let alone tell anyone where we purchased this vehicle due to his lack of respect and kindness.
On the other side of things, the cars were clean. Seemed to be well taken care of. The other gentleman was working extremely hard to help others that arrived at the lot.
Unless your desperate or male I wouldn’t go back. Or recommend any business here.
