We recently embarked on a 10-day training journey with Christine at Seattle Board and Train for our beloved 1 year-old dog, Katsu, and the results have been profoundly impactful. Initially, we approached her with a specific concern in mind: Katsu’s leash reactivity. Christine not only crafted a plan tailored to this need but also ensured we were hands-on in the learning process. She demonstrated how to lead Katsu appropriately in areas where dogs are in close proximity, such as parks, and even took the time to guide us through the dynamics of something as hectic as a dog park.
Having had a less effective experience with other group training sessions available in Seattle, we sought 1 on 1 training with Seattle Board and Train. This individualized approach made all the difference, and Katsu’s progress has been a testament to that.

From the moment we dropped him off to each time we picked him up, their bond was palpable. By our second visit, Katsu eagerly ran to Christine, showcasing a connection that can only be described as familial. It’s always reassuring to see your pet form such a bond with someone who’s guiding them through a transformative process.
The facilities at Seattle Board and Train were another highlight. Dedicated spaces within Christine’s home combined with an expansive backyard and front yard offered Katsu a safe and comfortable environment. Additionally, Christine ensured the continuity of Katsu’s training by providing detailed information, videos, and an open line of communication for any future concerns.
