Reed is a great guy! I wanted to get my keys programmed to be able to remote start my vehicle, which we figured out is just a software unlock. Even though he couldn't figure it out yet, hes come back to keep trying to figure it out. So i really appreciate him not letting it go and trying to figure out the issue! hopefully i can say that he successfully did it on an updated review later on!

Update - Did not figure out; had a whole ordeal where i had to re-key my whole vehicle. Then while re-keying damaged my truck and 'repaired' my door and now it isnt as good as it was, and then broke my glove box. glove box never issue was never resolved.

What a great experience!

I locked myself out of my apartment and Reid was only a few minutes away. He made me feel way better while he was working on getting me unlocked. After, he even copied my car key and wireless fob in his Prius converted into a mobile station for way less than the dealer was charging! (Like 80% less)

A fun guy to talk to as well. It made my disastrous ridden anxiety moment into a really pleasant experience and I'm almost glad it happened (almost).

Top notch for sure.
