Great area in Seattle. Lots of museums and the space needle. Great place to bring your kids to spend time at the children's museum. Good shopping for souvenirs. The attractions are pretty expensive, the city pass is a great deal if you want to do any. A must see when you visit Seattle. The monorail was a great way to get to the the center.

Connect to the extraordinary at Seattle Center, an active civic, arts and family gathering place, centered around the International Fountain, in the core of our region and the site of the 1962 World’s Fair. More than 30 cultural, educational, sports and entertainment organizations that reside on the grounds, together with a broad range of public and community programs, create thousands of events on the 74-acre campus and attract over 12 million visitors each year. At Seattle Center, our purpose is to create exceptional events, experiences and environments that delight and inspire the human spirit to build stronger communities. Activities at the Center generate $1.15 billion in business activity and $387 million in labor income.

A jam-packed day in Seattle after returning from a 9-day Alaska cruise.
The Aquarium was fun(not just for kids), it had a whole new building that opened up across the street that was included.
The Chihuly Garden was short and stunning. Last but not least, the Space Needle. What history and the views are spectacular. They replaced the restaurant with a viewing floor that allows you to slowly turn and see the structure that holds you 500+ feet into the air! Beautiful. Worth the City Pass 3 price!
