My sons (ages 1 and 4) went in for adenoidectomies. The one-year-old received ear tubes as well. I am so impressed with how smoothly everything went and the professionalism and care exhibited by every person I came in contact with. The whole staff was thorough, kind and helpful. The facility was so nice. I am grateful it was such a pleasant experience.

My son had a mystery fever that was lasting over 5 days, we were seen at children’s urgent care and we had such a great experience. The check in was super easy, they offered me snacks and juice for my 15 month old (panicked me left without the diaper bag) and they were fine with him roaming around. The nurse was great, she was super straight up and I REALLY appreciated that, she let me know what my son could have, why he could have picked it up, and what to do, but she made me feel really confident and gave me all the tools I needed to get him better fast. The nurse working with us even sent in a different nurse while she was seeing other patients so we didn’t wait too long without seeing someone. The doctor was great, she was so sweet with my son and we made judgement calls together on what we wanted to do to figure out why he was so hot even with medication, I just felt like a really good parent after taking my son to children’s, I learned a ton and really felt respected by the entire children’s team from start to finish.

The surgeons here are very professional and knowledgeable. Our child recently had surgery and we were impressed with the care and attention to details the hospital provides to children.
