I was very impressed with Seattle Children's Urgent Care South. The experience was enjoyable from start to finish, considering the circumstances. The front desk staff were expedient in getting me checked in. I was taken right back within five minutes. The staff were experienced and well-trained. The physician was very kind and caring. He took his time and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a clinic in the area.

My daughter is treated here on a regular basis for Lipedema and Physical Therapy. Great providers. The staff make the patient (the child) a priority.

For urgent care services, this clinic is second to none! I LOVE this place. Every time I've brought my son here, the whole staff is so friendly and competent and they really make you feel like you're family. The check in process was quick and easy, the nurses are wonderful, attentive, and all have a great sense of humor, and during our most recent visit, the time the actual doctor spent with my teenege son was the most time any doctor has ever given us. At other places, typically you wait for hours only to see a doctor for a whole three minutes. Not here. He took the time to listen, explain, actually treated my son like a priority and his bedside manor was wonderful. You can tell he really loves what he does. Very rare to find these days, especially at an urgent care clinic. I wish this place could be my primary care adult doctor's office but I'm happy that they exist for my children. I will come here until my kids are 18. Fantastic in every way!!
