Misleading info on website. If you don't actually take insurence thats LISTED on your website please remove it so no one else gets misleaded. Only reason why I even sent an application honestly.
Edit: like I said I only sent an application because my insurence was listed. My insurence was listed in my application obviously. The lady called me back bringing up my old insurence? Like uh did you even look at my application? Then once I confirmed I didn't have that she asked me how much money I made. Which lol I don't know, doesn't matter I have insurence you guys take. She told me "we aren't taking that insurence right now, but we have a sliding scale". Nah.... why would I pay when its on your site. Big waste of time and disapointing. I don't like being lied to to. I suggest you change it.
Also seems like your staff don't actually read the applications sent in since whoever looked at mine didn't get any information right. Interesting! If only she had read it properly, or if your website gave correct info, none of this would have happened.
