This was the first time we have used SETC. We were very satisfied with the service which was prompt and courteous. The two drivers (going and coming) were friendly and took care of our bags etc. Cost was also reasonable compared to others. We happily recommend them.

Not recommended for weddings. We booked Seattle Elite Town Car for a 3-hour van service (9:30pm-12:30am) for our wedding but were unexpectedly charged an additional $600 after the driver attempted to end the service early to catch a 12:15am ferry. The driver confronted the bride on her wedding night, demanding an extra $600 to transport the remaining guests. Guests also reported rude comments from the driver about the distance to their Airbnb, despite being paid by the hour to ensure safe transport. We wish we had chosen another van service.

Seattle Elite Town Car handled the transportation for me and my family from the airport to our downtown hotel prior to our cruise. They also handled our transportation from the cruise terminal to the airport upon our return. The drivers were professional and courteous. The vehicles were clean and in good condition (Sprinter van for our party of 9). Communication was never an issue and prices were reasonable. In a world currently filled with bad service, Seattle Elite Town Car proved that first-class service still exists.
