I placed an order in 2021 with Seattle fabrics. Prior to the order I emailed twice with some questions. They never replied. Undeterred, I ordered anyway. It took some weeks to ship, despite the estimate being much quicker.
When I eventually received my order, there were two significant mistakes with it. One was the wrong colour, and item was missing entirely. I emailed Seattle Fabrics (what companies use msn‽) to let them know. They ignored me. I emailed again, they ignored me again.
I can't recommend a company who ignores all emails, even when they've shipped the wrong product. Avoid.
