I just called to get an EMS or police to help a dispondant man self-inflicting and hitting himself, uncontrollably crying and shouting. I called 911, spoke with the police dispatch who turned me over to the fire/EMS dispatch. Whoever took the call was not only rude, abrupt and so technically overboard makes me realize how it is really the people and not emergency service.
