Incredible experience with Ava and Dr. Hoy. Their office provided very clear instruction on how to prepare for your visit (i.e. comprehensive guide for parking in downtown Seattle, very helpful). Ava is exceptionally professional at the front desk and was very transparent regarding insurance/cost/information. Dr. Hoy is clearly an experienced and thorough podiatrist. He also did my X ray imaging during the visit and diagnosed my condition then and there !!!!! Very efficient visit with a dedicated team of professionals. Also, i got in to see them the same day I scheduled as a new patient— overall, very high quality care with incredible access. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hoy was very thorough in examining my foot. He took his time to explain my problem in detail and suggested remedies to alleviate the pain. I’m thankful for his caring!

I got referred here by my other doctor and I am so glad I was! The staff was so professional and the doctor was so helpful. A bonus was their location: on appointment days I would hop on the light rail and enjoy downtown before and after.
