Every time I go to the clinic I feel welcome I feel like they love each and every one of their clients that come there to be seen by doctors thank you so much for all your support for always making me feel welcome .

Medical services are all fine and dandy, their billing is just a total mess and is never right.

I just think it’s weird they still advertise services for DV victims/survivors but don’t provide those services. If you need advocacy all they do is refer you out to other backlogged service providers that will never get back to you. My friend needed case management and advocacy to help navigate escaping her abuser and all they did was refer her out to the people at YMCA that never got back to her. She had to do it all alone knowing nothing about the system. People need that case management piece to help navigate this system that wasn’t created to truly help victims. If you don’t have any case managers bc they all left, don’t advertise as if you do.
