Changed their phone number about 2-3 years ago and never bothered to tell anyone that they changed it. The Lowe's in Issaquah gave me what they said was their number, but it was some dude in Bellingham.

It's been almost a month and not a single time have they reached out to schedule the installation. They even went so far toast to lie about reaching out to me and leaving a voicemail "because I didn't answer". I never got a phone call! Why does Lowes partner through this company. I don't even know what to do at this point as I already purchased my blinds. And the install.

Ordered roller shades through Lowe's. The product arrived in a timely manner. However, I had my roller shades for over a month before I was contacted to schedule the install. On the install date the installer did not arrive in the scheduled time. I reached out to him to find out he was going to be late. Long story short he was not late he just didn't show up and I had to call to reschedule. Once I rescheduled date and time were confirmed the installer was once again over an hour late. In a nutshell I wasted two days waiting for my install. Won't do this again!
