A Seamless Experience with a Few Hiccups
My recent visit to the dealership was a surprisingly smooth experience overall. I initially scheduled my appointment online, but was asked to reschedule due to my assigned advisor being unavailable. Despite this hiccup, I insisted on keeping my original date, and they promptly assigned me to Vivienne, who turned out to be great.
The drop-off process was efficient. After leaving my car in the morning, I was set up for mobile alerts, which made everything super convenient. I was notified about the required services for my vehicle and could approve the recommendations entirely online, without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. I appreciated that transparency. Once I approved the work, I received updates within hours and was able to pick up my car the same day. The fast turnaround was impressive.
One unexpected highlight was the mild deodorizing of the car after they replaced the cabin air filter. It was a nice touch that made the next ride with the A/C on feel fresh and clean.
The dealership’s location is less than ideal, especially when relying on public transportation. Taking the bus back to work meant dealing with some unsavory characters and situations. Additionally, the 3% surcharge for using a credit card was a bit frustrating.
Despite these minor issues, I was very satisfied with the quality of service. Thanks to the team for a job well done!
What an experience this dealership has been. I’ve been to WestHills Autoplex and North West Motor Sports. Seattle Jeep is miles ahead of those two dealerships in both professionalism and quality of service. August, our salesman, has been the best salesman I’ve ever had.
My wife and I found the perfect family car online, a 2021 Expedition Max. I reached out and was immediately contacted to come take a look at the car. We got to test drive it and touch all the buttons. Everything worked just fine. The only thing preventing us from pulling the trigger was that the car only came with one key. We were able to agree that a key will be provided by another dealership closer to our home at a later date.
Financing was a breeze. We had our toddler with us and they pulled out a ride on Jeep for him to ride around the office while mom and dad were able to sign.
When we got the key our salesman told us there was one small issue, upon removing the window stickers they accidentally cut into the window tint and ruined it. However, August RAN back into the dealership and handed me a signed IOU to replace the tint at a location of our choosing. Since the purchase the tint has been replaced and was hassle free with Seattle Jeep.
On our way home, the radio stopped working. I called August to inform him and he was very concerned and upset that the car randomly decided to break after we drove off the lot, he encouraged us to have the car looked at by a dealer near us and have us call him to let him know how he can help. Thankfully I am fully aware of the Sync3 issues that can randomly occur and can fix them. It’s a Ford issue not a Seattle Jeep issue. I only bring this up in this review to emphasize the level of quality and care that August gave to me and my family.
When it came to getting the new key, there was little to no hassle on Seattle Jeeps side of things. Came in, they cut and programmed the key and Seattle Jeep paid for it.
Over all a really good experience. 4/5. Will definitely refer my friends to this dealer over the MANY options they have.
