SUPER SATISFIED!! I was immediately connected with the technician, Ronnie and it took only 20 minutes for him to arrive to my location and another 20 minutes to make me a new smartkey, on a holiday! He was super nice, quick and helpful - he kindly explained what he’s going to do and confirmed pricing before the service (it was also a reasonable pricing considering how late I called for service + he drove all the way to my location on a holiday + warranty at their shop for the key!). Got the job done super fast and efficient - and the entire thing literally only took 1 hour that would’ve taken days at the dealership. I called the shop at 9:30 pm and had an entire new smartkey in my hand by 10:30! The new key works perfectly and will definitely use the service again in the future!

I called SLS to get new locks in my home after moving. They connected me with Mike, who reached out immediately to confirm the location and time. He continued to be communicative through the whole process, which is particularly great when you’re moving and aren’t sure where you’ll be when! We discussed what I wanted for my house and he made educated suggestions about brands and lock types. He worked quickly and made sure to have me confirm that every lock worked exactly how I wanted it to before he left the premises. He also volunteered to take and repurpose my old locks, which was an added bonus! Highly recommend.
