Called for their free phone consultation and didn't have answers to some of the questions and they were not forthcoming with my options - I finally said maybe I just research options myself and the man on the phone said: "maybe so, ma'am" and hung up on me. When I move forward, I will not be calling these guys back. I'm making calls to learn about my options so would rather pay for an informative consultation then deal with 'affordable/free/cheap' - If you choose to deal with these guys do the footwork yourself and call only when you know exactly how you want to proceed, or don't call and go with someone who will at least show you respect.
