Jim Hoge with Seattle Mortgage Planners helped us realize our dream home in record time. What first become a process of exploration for me and my husband, we came across a rare opportunity to procure a home but required us to move quickly. We reached out to Jim very late on a Saturday night via the web. Within hours he sent us some preliminary information and gave us some things to consider regarding financing options. When time to extend an offer, he moved quickly to get have us qualified and locked in an amazing rate. He addressed all questions quickly and clearly and we were able to close in 30 days (and on my husband's birthday).

We worked with Jim Hoge to finance a home - not only was he intent on helping us complete the purchase, he was clear about what he needed from us, was informative and transparent about where we were in the process. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with him. Securing a mortgage isn't fun nor quick, but working with Jim made it a much easier and a much more pleasant experience than I'd experienced before. I would definitely work with him again and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to friends and family.
