EDIT 4/30/2024: this team deserves 0 stars. Not only are they super unresponsive (e.g. I opened 3 issues on 4/12. It's 4/30 and I'm yet to hear anything concrete other than "we've reached out to the vendors to address your concerns". Maybe it's time to get new vendors? Moreover, whatever appliances are in this townhouse keep breaking despite normal day to day use (the stove, the room heaters, etc.)
Literally counting the days to the end of our lease now. I wouldn't wish this place/this company on my worst enemy.

My girlfriend and I just moved in to a property managed by SRM, late July (in Shoreline on 15th Av)
At first sight, the property was clean and well managed. But then, as we spent the first couple weeks we found
SPIDERS! so many spiders just everywhere, dead and alive. Why it wasn't cleaned for pests, prior to us moving in, is beyond me The washer had an issue (previous residents used powder in a liquid only wash leading to calcification and a foul smell). This should've been inspected and fixed prior to any tenant moving in but wasn't The dryer had an issue (the vents weren't cleaned and it was overheating) and this ALSO should've been addressed There was chemical damage inside a bathroom drawer (facepalm) The shower enclosure leaked in the main bathroom Bad wiring in one of the kitchen lights that keeps flickering like we're in a horror movie The fridge wasn't cooling sufficiently because of.......wait for it..... dust accumulation on the coils (!!double facepalm!!) The ice maker in the freezer was broken They never gave us a garage door opener when we moved in and had to wait for about 3 weeks before we got one
All this to say, this was NOT a move-in ready property, in any way, shape, or form.
The saving grace, however, is that they've got a pretty responsive team and maintenance requests are dealt with quickly.
I hope someone from management takes note and I hope no future tenant has to go through what we did.
