Jim helped us out last night when car broke down near i-5 during late rush hour.
Was so friendly and reassuring and quickly hooked up and dropped off car at mechanic.
Car was FULLY dead and he took the time to help get it correctly situated at the shop.
Well done Seattle Towing and THANK YOU to Jim for being such a pro!

I had a 10:00 a.m. meeting with Seattle Towing, and I called at 9:45 to confirm that they'd be there on time. A very rude and angry person answered the phone and started yelling at me for calling in advance to check on them! I was ready to write a very negative review until I went to the meeting point and met Mark. Mark is the guy who turned this negative experience into a positive one! He is incredibly friendly, polite, and a true gentleman. Not only is he professional (he arrived at the location earlier than our scheduled time), but he also treated my little car with care and attention, calling me right away when the car arrived at its destination. I would recommend Seattle Towing Company just for the opportunity to meet Mark! If you're lucky, you might even meet his cute puppy, Bella, who sometimes accompanies him. Mark also gave me the minimum rate, even though the ride and meeting probably lasted more than an hour. Thanks, Mark! It's a pleasure to meet nice people like you—you're the kind of person who keeps us going!

My tire blew out on my way to Costco. My spare was underneath the vehicle and I couldn't get to it. Gave them a call to help and Robert was there in minutes. I spoke with Mike on the phone who asked questions to help figure out my needs - while still on the phone Robert arrived. That's how fast! Robert and Mike made what started as a terrible day great again with how quickly, efficiently, and genuine they were. I've been in Seattle 10 years so dealt with many companies, Seattle Towing will be the only one I call now. Very highly recommend!!
