I did not have a great experience. While I knew the treatment was not covered by my insurance, I did not know how expensive it was going to be. Not to mention, I did not feel comfortable or cared for by my provider during my visits. The entire experience was awkward and uncomfortable. People are not helpful, polite or considerate. The communication and information was abysmal and the patient is not the priority. I would not recommend.

I wanted to relay that I spoke with an owner who reached out via email and then spent over an hour on the phone with me to get a clearer understanding of my experience. He was thoughtful, empathetic and invested in making the situation right by me. He was able to identify key communication issues and he was very helpful in organizing and resolving this matter quickly and in a manner that absolutely prioritized me. I plan to work with SNTC in the future and I am grateful for the opportunity.
