I really wanted to like this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was referred there from the downtown office for a root canal. But the dentist did a great job and I was really happy. Then the second visit happened. The doctor worked on two teeth that day with fillings. But when I got home and the numbness wore off, I could feel that he didn't polish one tooth. It felt like really sharp sandpaper up against my tongue. It happened on a Saturday morning and I called them as soon as I knew, but there was no way I could get there before they closed at 2. I had to live with two sore teeth and a sore tongue rubbing up against sand paper until they were able to see me next- the following Tuesday. I had to take more time out of my day to see them again to finish the job. It was a different dentist (I didn't want to see the previous dentist again) but polished what they could to smooth it out. As the tooth was still sore, it was very uncomfortable. I went home with the tooth polished, but the soreness increased. It's been nearly two weeks and I'm still feeling a lot of pain. I've decided to have whatever was done fixed at another dental office.
