Hiring Joe was like teaming up with a friend rather than a lender. He is very personable as mortgage lenders go and eager to help you out. My wife felt great after the praise he gave her for how quickly she got the information he needed together. There's just a feel-good factor you get working with this guy. He really lifted her spirits. His knowledge of the mortgage space is second to none. He knew exactly what questions to ask, and there was very little turnaround time. To top it off, we even got a lower interest rate than we initially thought, thanks to him. Joe is a lender who just knows the business inside and out.
