5 stars on both location and cleanliness! No major issues but have a few suggestions:
1) another towel rack or hanging hook in the bathroom would be great - not much extra space for hanging things to dry in the room
2) an outside shower or even a hose would be ideal since it’s so close to the beach. We came back sandy both days and had to wait for everyone to take turns showering, and ultimately ended up with a trail of sand throughout the rooms that was there the whole time. My husband commented that a rinse-off area would be nice at checkout when they asked what they could’ve done better, and was told they DO have one, they just don’t tell people about it unless they specifically ask.
3) ceilings are thin - could hear our upstairs neighbor and I’m sure they could hear us.
Other shortcomings are just due to it being a small motel and not a Marriott - often have to stand at the desk for a while to wait for staff, no phone in the room to contact the desk, minimal refreshment options, had to return my soiled/wet towels before being given additional ones. Again, overall no huge complaints or issues, and loved the convenience and parking. Not sure we’d stay there again, though.
