We purchased a spa and step from Seacard Pools San Bernardino, spent over $10,000. The step broke. We called Seacard San Bernardino, (the person in charge was always busy, and never available to speak to us). We went into the store a few times to complain about the broken step… they told us to contact Cal Spas. We call Cal Spas corporate office. They said to send pictures of the broken step, and contract information, we did. ( they never responded) Now fast forward a few months… We still have a broken step that we paid $700 for! My friend tries to communicate with the San Bernardino store, spoke to the district manager Leanne, and she said there was nothing she could do… Julie asked for her supervisors name and number, and she flat out wouldn’t give her that information! Julie was advised to contact Cal Spas corporate office… She did. Once again they requested pictures of the broken step and contract information. We emailed the same information that Cal Spas Corp requested months ago. Still no response! I think Cal Spas Corporate advised Julie to contact a person in charge out of the Rancho Cucamonga Seacard Pools. She did. the gentleman said he couldn’t help her since she wasn’t on the contract!!! So now what??? My husband has tried to communicate with Seacard Pools and Cal Spas, I’ve tried really hard to communicate with them and my friend Julie has tried her best…with no luck! All we want is a working step! ( remember, we paid $700 for it!) I would give Seacard San Bernardino an “F” for this situation
