My Securam keypad failed on a 2017 Kodiak gun safe. I left a voice message on the technical assistance phone line LAST WEEK. Evidently customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Failed in less than two years locked me out. Update my lock opened up but was still having issues i reached out to them and they took care of me I got a replacement sent right away since it was under warranty . So far so good not sure what caused the first issue but I’m super happy with the customer service.
