This review scares me. I tried to call this morning. I felt like Jim didn't want to answer any of my questions. The upland department is great, but this one after reading a review, I'm just not sure if I want to go here. Here is the review I read: DOUGLAS Quijada Local Guide · 119 reviews · 48 photos a year ago- I called to take the firearms security course they said "just come in we open at 12" came in watched a dvd for 1-2 hours then I was handed a study book and was told" come back on Saturday for your test" I couldn't come back until next Tuesday because I have a job. Was charged $149 for those 2 hours of dvd viewing. Came back Tuesday and asked another student who I recognized...how many days had he been in class he said "this is my 3rd day". So I asked the instructor "do you do the lives can here he said no its 5 minutes away from here. I asked for a refund he said "the range won't do that". So I'm out of $149 dollars. I found a training facility that helps you and guides you properly I don't recommend you go here.there are several training facilities that have live scan and help you with the paperwork.i wasted so much time for nothing. $149 for 2 hours of watching a dvd no intrusions or power points or class given just ........unbelievable people still operate like this... .... 7
