I have dental anxiety. A tooth broke. They were so kind to see me as soon as possible. The dentist showed me my issues on xray. She also explained my options and what is involved in each option. So love a doctor that does that and lets you make your own health choice. They were so careful to make this a confortable appointment.

I like that they anre easy to communicate with about your treatment, what you want done, insurance coverage, etc. Second, I think Dr. Gruener is extremely competent. I have been going to SW Family Dental for decades, and I would not want to change. Highly recommend them.

Never and all of my years have I meant such a rude office staff. There's never any consistency of staff. They make charges that are unwarranted to your Insurance Company without telling you. I would recommend that you look for another dentist when in need.
