First sunglasses were made incorrectly. I brought them back and 9 days later, I called for a status update.
The first response when I called was a very sharp, “Have we called you that they’re ready?“ When the status was checked, all she could say was “Sometime next week”.
When I asked if it was a rush order, she said it was flagged that way but it’s that long for “you and everyone else.”
So a side of snark from the sales rep and at least 2.5 weeks for their mistake to be corrected.
I highly recommend the glasses store around the corner instead - prices were similar with insurance, service was better, and quality was much higher.
