Not a good experience so Im writing a review since i keep getting emails from this place to leave a review based on the service they provided to me.Well i took my jeep on december last year 2023 due to an accident i had on the freeway someone hit me while driving and leave etc. My car insurance sent me to this place since it was once of the places that were fully covered by it. I took my jeep on december 19th to get it fix and because it had a steering wheel symbol on my car's dashboard. I received my car by the end of January. meaning my car was sitting there at the dealer for over a month. While i was waiting for my car i lost so many days of work cus they were ordering a part that they needed which took forever. Once they received my car i noticed a 4WD light which i never seen before and also the steering wheel symbol on my car because he said it usually goes away after driving it . Not knowing what it was i ask steve the person who helped me out during the entire time what it was he said "oh that means its the car needs service" so i was like ok i remember asking him what kind of service and he told me "oil Service" but i knew that it was not oil change since i changed the oil many times before so he left because my car was "fixed". I stayed outside of the collision center because i googled it and it was the 4x4 thingy which i never used before. So i called him back and he came out i explained i googled it and asking him again stating what i found on the internet and said that is something the jeep dealer will handle so i remembered asking him "that i wanted to go to big bear if it was ok to go with that light on" he said "NO wouldn't drive the car like that". maybe he knew what it was but didn't tell i dont know. so after i left the collision center i drove my car for a while and the steering wheel light dissapear so went home called the jeep dealer and told them the 4WD light was in they told me bring it for inspection in a couple days. next day m car had the steering light on again i called the collision center and they told me to bring it back i did i left it there again for another couple days. pick up my car again light went off and following day light was on again so i called again THIS HAPPENDS 4 TIMES. Until they told me they were not able to fix it because they put the WRONG PART on my car. they said they will called me once they received the Right part... days after they finally called me they received the part and they finally fixed my car. Keep in mind this was in February so i FINALLY took my car to the jeep dealer for the 4WD light and they keep it for 3 days and called me saying my car had rodents droppings and the cables where all bitten by rodents. i told them about my car being at the collision for so long they told me i should ask them if they are aware of having rodents and if they do they need to fix it because they gave me the car with that light on. So i called them and they answered me "There is mouses everywhere in the world" so i told them "i know that but my car hasn't been around the world waiting to be fixed but their place"... So they said they wouldn't fixed it or take any responsibility. So i ended up paying another deductible to get it fix at the Jeep dealer in Moreno Valley. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SEIDERN'S COLLISION CENTER AT ALL IF SOMETING HAPPENS TO YOUR CAR WHILE BEING THERE. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK this is my personal experience.
