I just wanted to highlight Seidner's Collision Centers in Rosemead. After my accident my vehicle was towed to Seidner's and the staff was great, but especially Ricardo Reyes, he informed me of the process regarding my vehicle and was kind enough to help me remove my personal items from my wrecked vehicle. He really went above and beyond. Thank you Seidner's!

BEST SERVICE!!!! If you came to the reviews to shop for auto repairs, look no further. We had a list from our insurance company, of repair shops to choose from. I called each one, plus viewed reviews online. All other locations had every other review as 1 star, plus was not answering the phone or did not call back. By the time I reached SEIDNER'S COLLISION CENTER, the entire team was eager to help, it was a relief! I had our blue honda family van towed into Seidner's, less then a week all repairs were completed. I did not have to beg for status updates, I actually received text message updates of service status and estimate pick up day. Dealing with insurance for furthermore unseen repairs can be a hassle, but Seidner's took care of everything. Seidner's also helped us order an additional body part of a side fender, of an old accident years ago, for only $350 out of pocket, so our family van looks so brand new right now, as if it was never in a accident. I'm placing this review today 6/6/24, a month later, to tell the next party coming to reviews to shop auto repair locations, stop looking, Seidner's is your ONE STOP SHOP!!!!! Our van is running smoothly, no issues, no worries. We drove from Los Angeles to San Francisco afterwards, no problems occurred during the family trip. The entire team worked well together, Ashley at front desk is a Sweetheart and helped ease our minds. The repair team all communicated with one another, everyone worked well with each other to complete vehicle repairs. I was given all my paperwork afterwards with complete details of service. Thank you Seidner's!!!! People reading this pulling your hair out and screaming and crying over your fresh auto accident and where you should go, look no further, please reach Seidner's right now. Trust me, we were freaked out and scared not knowing where to go, who to trust, Seidner's took care of everything! Just make the call now, you will be happy you did.

Needed some paint touch up repair on my Ford Ranger.Took my truck to Seidner’s Collison in Rosemead on a recommendation from a friend.The paint repair work was completed on time and done very well.Jose(General Manager),Ashley,and Kurt were great to work with.Not disappointed!
