Worst most incompetent two ladies I have ever spoken to in my life. I had a question about Sim cards and being as that's what they do for a living is sell phones and deal with sim cards. The one incompetent lady ran out of things to say and said, Here maybe my manager will help explain it to you." From what the first lady told me I knew they have no idea what they're talking about so when genius #2 picks up the phone she says," Do you have a question for me?" Which I didn't because I told the first lady bye and I didn't have any question your manager could clear up for me. Between the 2 braincells they're perfect for each other.

So I've had selectel wireless for months now and so far it's been the best phone service I've had I get service everywhere I go an the one time I had a problem the lady's helped me in a very timely manner and we're very polite I'm very grateful that I switched to selectel wireless cause I was over not having service most places I went with boost an SafeLink, the manager Kim is awesome an if for some reason you ever have a problem you can bet she will handle it and is also very polite so if your tired of spoty service I'm telling you switch to selectel and you won't regret it 100%

We went to the Centralia, selectel wireless for a ACP. It was a very good experience. Very polite service. I will recommend this store to send more business with them. Thank you very much. Ron Wheeler
