The staff here was VERY friendly and helpful! They all deserve a raise. But this location needs an update on their computers and to hire some more people. The staff there is doing their absolute best. They don’t deserve having to deal with slow computers that barely work and not being staffed enough that they can’t answer the phone or have to have customers wait for someone who can have access to certain things. We had to wait over 30 mins just to see if there was a storage unit available because the ONLY guy that was there couldn’t log in to the computer. This was not his fault, and I fully believe they need an entirely new updated system and setup. Then after the 30 minutes of waiting, we had to wait an additional hour, maybe two because their system was giving them such a hard time. I feel so bad for these great staff, I’m sure they have to deal with people getting quite upset with them even though none of that is their fault. This review would be an EXCELLENT rating if it was on the staff alone, but unfortunately what should have been a 30 min deal turned into HOURS of our time just because they are understaffed and have computers that barely work.
