price hike - less access, not organized - change of policy/management and very terrible customer service. I have been a long term customer - Terrible Experience-Very Disappointed -Stay Away

We had a great experience. The facilities were clean/safe, after 6 months our stuff was still in perfect condition, which is not always the case! The staff was not only responsive and organized, they had a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. I'd reccomend this place to anyone, much better than the city units.
