Michelle helped me with the move in and the rental agreement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to be present for the move in or to secure the rental agreement. Michelle walked me thru it all via phone. Her customer service skills were exceptional. What was an extremely stressful time for me, she made this experience incredibly easy & simple thus easing my stress. Forever grateful
