Not a great experience. Furniture was nice, communication was sloppy. Ordered a dresser online for local delivery. Had to call/message them several times to confirm a delivery date. Had to call again the day of delivery. Delivery folks called with a vague window. Dragged mud in the house. Dresser was missing hardware so it was sitting upside down in our room for 2 weeks. Finally we went to the hardware store and got the bolts ourselves which was easy. I love supporting my local shops but covid aside, not pleased with the service and felt little effort was given to remedy the situation.

I purchased my first piece of furniture from Sellwood Furniture this week and am very happy with the experience! I had originally ordered the same item from a large online furniture retailer but canceled the purchase when I found that Sellwood Furniture had the same piece, and for a better price!
I scheduled an appt for pick up and Dan was very responsive & super helpful start to finish.

I feel so lucky to have found this place. The furniture is high quality and incredibly reasonably priced, and the owner takes time to give each customer individual attention, without even a hint of pushiness. He has an amazing memory for detail and really knows his products, so he can give personalized advice and recommendations. I have always felt great about my experiences here!
