We had an urgent situation with my dad at home and came across Senior Helpers thru google search. Can't say enough of how grateful I am to their service! Dad had a fall recently and fractured his hip, so we took him to the hospital. After discharge, we decided that it's best to have a caregiver with him 10 hours a week as our family could no longer carry the burden of doing primary caregiving duties ourselves... Dad is also starting to develop signs of dementia so we feel a lot safer having someone around with him. The assessment that we received from Senior Helpers owner was very thorough. He pointed out many fall risks around our house that we didn't even think about. The caregiver that we got matched with was a very sweet and warm-hearted person. Adriana has been keeping my dad company and take him to go on his morning walk around the park nearby our house which has been his routine for many years but had to be paused recently due to declining leg strength. He looks so delighted after coming back from his usual routine again and that made me so happy to see. It's crazy to say but these small little hours of help each week can make such a huge impact onto our family life! We definitely highly recommend Senior Helpers service 👍

I have been on the search for a caregiver for my grandma as it’s been a lot on my mother’s plate. After doing some extensive research, I came across Senior Helpers and cannot express how grateful I am to have met with the team. John, who is the owner of the agency, was knowledgeable and guided me through the process with ease while signing up with the team. He also did an extensive assessment to see how many hours my grandma would potentially need per week by visiting our place. He was honest and straight to the point instead of other agencies where they sugarcoated a lot of things in the beginning to have me sign up with them. One of the most important factor for me was having a trusted caregiver and a reliable agency. Senior Helpers was the one that qualified in both terms as I am extremely concerned/cautious when it comes to someone taking care of my grandma. It’s been a week since I’ve used their service and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided for my grandma. When my mom cannot support my grandma, the caregiver updates my mom and I on how my grandma is doing and John, the owner, followed up with me promptly to ensure that I was satisfied with his service. I have no complaints and I am genuinely happy that we found a reliable agency that really cares for my grandma on a personable level as well. My mom is also extremely satisfied with their services as she now feels relieved and is super comfortable with my grandma being with her caregiver. I will definitely recommend Senior Helpers to anyone in need of a caregiver service for their family members! They also guide you through different payment options and if the person in needing of the service is a veteran, they may be eligible for some relief funds as well!
