These folks have helped so many in our community. The can take care of your family the way you would want to be treated. They give back to the community. These are the folks we should all be using for our aging relatives.

Absolute. Ghouls.
With zero respect for an individual's privacy or civil rights.
These people are monsters, and they should be put out of business, if not outright locked up.

My Grandfather died 11/2020 and had a trust set up for 3 family members. It's 7/2021 and this company says the 4 month notice to creditors isn't up yet, so the trust isn't set up. (Perhaps that is the lawyer's issue, I'm not sure.) They also ignore emails and letters, even when you're asking what to do about rats in a home that the estate they manage now owns. They let the homeowners insurance lapse more than once, are about to let the deceased family member's life insurance go to the state unclaimed funds system because they told family not to claim it but can't be bothered to do it themselves, and they hold estate sales on the property without letting family members know so they might go look. I realize I'm probably burning a bridge and myself and my handicapped child will likely never see any of the money in the trust my Grandfather created for us. But clearly it's not something we would be able to use anyway as evidenced by being ignored for the last 8 months. If you're looking for a place to care for your family when you are gone, this isn't it.
