The Yale lock that the installer recommended was poorly installed. However, the installer wasn’t very familiar with it. To program the access with an email address he suggested using his personal email?! He failed to install the “Yale Smart Module” for remote access and I had to do it myself. He didn’t secure the outside door handle properly to the door & left out the bottom screw to secure the handle to the door. He was messy & didn’t clean up the oil stains he left on the door or the mess from the boxes.

We needed a locksmith at my office last Saturday afternoon. After unsuccessfully contacting several locksmiths who could not assist me the same day, I called Sentinel and they answered right away.
