Jennifer is really amazing! She walked us through the building and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions! It didn't stop there. If we needed something regardless of time of day we got an answer within an hour or so either via phone or email. Honestly, we knew within 10 minutes of talking and walking with Jennifer that this was our new home and will continue to be so for years to come. It was because of Jennifer that we applied and signed for our apartment all within an our. What a wonderful place to live! I am so in love with our new apartment and its building! Sentral is in a fantastic location and highly walkable! Jennifer is really amazing, but so is all the other staff from front desk to maintenance. Everyone is so friendly and greets you by name any time they see you. If you are thinking about living here, you should!

One of the best apartments Ive ever had! It could not be in a better location for my job at Swedish and all of the great restaurants in cap hill. The apartment is very modern and having AC is a lifesaver. Having the Amazon Go just downstairs is ideal for quick snacks. All of my interactions with the leasing staff have been great. They are very understanding and willing to work with you when it comes time for a new lease. Huge thanks to Katie who always seems to be at the desk ready to answer any of my questions in person and over the phone. I'm looking forward to staying at Sentral as long as my job keeps me in Seattle. I also love how pet friendly the building is. The dog run on the rooftop is a lifesaver for quick trips in the winter and my dog loves the treats they keep in the lobby. Can't recommend this apartment building more.

I've only ever had amazing experiences with Sentral First Hill. Even though they haven't found me the right unit yet, of all the countless leasing agents and apartment complexes I've looked at in WA, Sentral and its incredible staff have excelled above all of them. Great communication, creativity and friendliness.

I especially want to give praise to Jennifer Maggs who has patiently been helping me find my dream unit at Sentral for over a year now (I'm very picky).

I honestly think it's the best apartment building in the city. Great location, views, amenities and staff. Add this one to your list!
