I bought some make up that was fair and when I got home, the color was really dark in the bag they would not exchange it without a receipt even though I had my Sephora account and bank info online to show them the purchase I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to do an exchange after talking to three different people they said they would let me refund it and I said OK just give me my money and then they let me do an exchange.it was unnecessary and ridiculous

Jessica Romero and her co-works we so fun. Honestly this was the first time I've ever came into a SEHORA store and actually feel comfortable, usually I'm getting followed around or harassed because I carry a small backpack as my purse. I felt welcomed and most of all I felt trusted. So then I decided to put my trust in Jessica and she hooked me up with my perfect foundation match not only that she taught me the difference between different shades and how the warm to your skin. How cool was that. She even updated me on my points, I was able to pick a few free items. I had a wonderful experience ☺️ and It's a shame I have to drive from the city of Compton to Seal Beach to receive fanominal customer service. Thanks for everything.
