Sarah scaned a dif compact that was not the one i needed did not even look inside the drawer. Just said she did not have it. Disappointed the one near me does not have my compact. She looks overwhelmed

The worst visit I've ever had in any Sephoras in the area. They have 0 awareness of the products. Most unwelcoming place. The associates had their own little world. And when I was ready to purchase, none of them was ever on the counter, waited several minutes as I did not want to look for them as it is isn't my job. Eventually, I left the products on the counter and never looked back.
