I went in looking for foundation suggestions. The two ladies working at 3:00 today were wonderful. Listened and made suggestions and made the experience fun!

If you are working at a Sephora, you should at least make an effort to look presentable. Face piercing, frumpy clothes, messy hair, etc is a major turnoff for me. Also, the majority of slots for various brands were empty, out of stock. Whoever manages the Washington location is doing a terrible job. The 2 people working 6/27 told me they were out of the items I was looking for and made no attempt to point me in the direction of a comparable item.
