I just love this store you can find any type of makeup brands you can find makeup wipes lotion,creams, perfumes. The staff is always very helpful kind and very knowledgeable. The store is very well put together clean and very organized. This store is definitely the 2 go to store if any makeup products are needed.

Esmeralda inside Sephora, JCP (Antioch)was the most unprofessional and rude associate I have ever encountered, and I have been bringing my business there for over 12 years. When a return policy changes within a few months, it's absurd to think that all of their customers are aware. I will do my shopping and returns online or go to Walnut Creek to avoid being spoken down to and treated like I was being scolded by someone who is still wet behind the ears. Disappointed.

I love this place! Especially when it's early mornings or early afternoons. You get help easily from the staff that work there. The atmosphere this morning was quiet, so you are easily offered help if you needed it. For me, I knew what I was looking for, and found what I was looking for.
