Service is crap. I walked in looking for living proof dry shampoo, you’d think the staff would help me find what I’m looking for but she just directed me to the wall of living proof things. Thinking I grabbed the right bottle I went to the cash register to pay.
The girl at the register asked me whether I wanted to use my pts to get $10 off, I said sure. The machine asked me whether I was sure I wanted to use my pts, (it did not state whether this action was non refundable/ reversible or not), so I signed and left.
Only to find out that I grabbed the wrong bottle (looking for dry shampoo NOT dry volumizer or whatever I grabbed - both had the same bottle). So I went back to exchange my bottle, thinking I’d get $4 back, instead they asked me to pay another $1.67 🤦🏻♀️ because my pts weren’t refundable.
Had I known this I wouldn’t have used my pts. It would have been nice if the first girl who directed me to the wall actually grabbed what I was looking for like the staff at Brentwood (who are much more helpful and pleasant)
Store manager is extremely rude, went in and she seemed SO annoyed by me. I usually order online, but the samples haven’t been coming with my orders. So I lined up to ask if there were samples available that day. If so I wanted to restock my hair care to get some samples of other products I’ve been wanting try. If no samples I’d come back when they get more samples available. Simple, I thought. It’s like she didn’t want to give them out glancing at a drawer say we’re all out. Then proceeded to just stared at me, looking annoyed. I’ll never walk in this store again. I’ll just chance it with online orders. I refuse to deal with rude Sephora staff, when I spend quite a bit of money with this company. I thought the samples were available when you purchase things, I guess policy changed?
They don’t even deserve 1 star for their service which they provide to their customers. There manager MAGGIE doesn’t even know how to talk and handle the situation. She is so rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t even know how to talk with customers. I don’t know why she is hired as a manager because she doesn’t even have 1 skill to be at this position.
They are displaying the wrong price and charging way more than the price displayed. As the picture is attached below they are displaying $40 for this perfume set and charging $200 for this. When i asked the employee to come and check it she is telling me that price is for YSL but there is not even single YSL product displayed around it. If someone picked it from there then remove the price tag. Why are you displaying wrong prices and asking for something else from customers. That’s wrong you have to charge the displayed price to customers that’s a law! I can sue you guys for this! Moreover you guys are talking to your customer like that even your manager doesn’t even have sense how to talk? She is racist! She was telling me that they are busy and they don’t have time to change the prices so that’s why it is displaying wrong price. Haha really? That’s not my problem if you guys are busy you are the manager MAGGIE so you have to figure out , you have to hire more people and manage your store that’s not how it works. I would like someone to please follow back from sephora because i want to complain regarding your manager MAGGIE . Ridiculous service and management.
