I didn’t get his name, but the guy at the cashier was so friendly and sweet! I just did an exchange but his customer service was amazing :)

I was at Sephora shopping for a lipstick from Sephora collection and the staff I asked for assistance was so rude, her name is Gurleen. All I asked “how come you guys don’t stock the shades on the shelf” she responded with “someone else will help you with that” I then replied with “can you not assist me?”, she proceeded to lie and say “oh I’m on my break” I said “looks like your shopping”, as she proceeds to open the drawer at the bottom and pick out products. She then had the audacity to say “yes I’m shopping for myself.” 2 mins later while I was checking out at the register, I see her working at the till. Such a horrible experience, will not be back at this location.

Lately the customer service experience is deteriorating at this location. I do a lot of shopping here. Today’s visit left the bad taste. Nobody came to ask how we were doing. I made some eye contact with people working here but they just overlooked and ignored us. Meantime I could see the sales associates chit chatting between themselves. It would have been nice if any one of them offered to see if we needed help or any suggestions was required. At the register when I was asked if anyone helped, I told the person that none offered to help or ask how if we needed any assistance. Her reply was that they are short in staff but from what I saw there were staff chatting personal chat between themselves in the middle of store. Hopefully the customer service experience improves where customers feel welcomed. I have seen other bad reviews in regards to customer service from past but seems like no improvement action was implemented. When helping any client, I feel appreciated as because of them we have job.
